Open Keychain Access (Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access) and delete the saved password. But, the breakdown could be happening before it even gets to the Keychain. So is the issue here a Keychain issue? An 802.1x issue? I only originally mention the Keychain because that's how I was able to verify the problem I was having. (Also, in other attempts I've made in other companies to set up a magic triangle with AD authentication and Apple Profile Manager, have been epic #fails because Apple Profile Manager won't push profiles to AD users.) Also, were we to go the machine certificate route in the future, during expiration, wouldn't it require updating all the certificates roughly at once? It was helpful information wise, but we currently do have users BYOD for some devices, so machine certificates may not be our best solution, yet. I did see the link you mentioned, AndrewZ, previously. We ARE looking for the most painless (to the end user) way to connect to WiFi when a password change occurs. Telling users how to hasn't helped, either. Yes, deleting the keychain item or deleting the WiFi Network Name, DOES solve the issue of being able to connect, as mentioned, but having a company of users, we can't possibly do this for a user every time he changes a password. I have not been able to test if this occurs to users on Mac OS 10.8.x

This is happening to users using Mac OS 10.9.x. Afterwards, when attempting to connect to the network, it ask for the username and password and successfully authenticates. The only resolution at the time is to go to System Preferences, under Networking, and delete the Network Name. It won't overwrite it or create a new keychain item.

When I take a gander at the Keychain, after having typed in the new username and password, the Keychain item still shows the old password. We have Macs that log on via that, but when a user changes their Active Directory password, although the user is prompted to put in a new username and password when connecting to WiFi, but it fails to complete authentication and connect. I've got a setup where we have bound Meraki WiFi authentication to an Active Directory server.
